Age should not be a criteria for a job qualification as long as an applicant meets your educational requirements as well as experience. I live in Dallas, TX and i am considering moving to Nigeria; however, according to your age stipulations, i do not qualify for the job posted since i do not meet your age specifications. I would like to note, your company might remain stagnant or lack the competitive strength required to forge ahead in this competitive industry if you do not change your hiring process as it relates to age.
