Excellent written, oral and written skills in English language, Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate and Masters in Business Administration are preferable.

Familiar with O & M management mode of Telecom Operators and Managed Services operation mode or telecom equipment. Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M and possess practical network O&M management experiences are preferable; Should be familiar with managed services business mode, at least three years developing or building experience in managed services field. Should be familiar with network O&M outsourcing requirements, and have strong services solution development capabilities; Familiar with eTOM or ITIL services mode. Excellent English language proficiency in writing and speech.
Managed Services Bidding Manager (Position ID: T0013)
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical, Electronics, Computer and telecommunication Engineering or its equivalent. Energetic and studious; should be able to travel and work overseas on long term basis. Possess project bidding knowledge and experience; should have basic commercial and legal knowledge, Be able to understand and analyze customer’s requirements and submit and high-quality service solution; Candidates with project bidding experiences are preferable; at least five years work experience in Telecommunications industry.
