I have interracted with a few staff of shell nigeria limited and can conveniently say that your recruitmet method does not fetch you the best hands for your jobs. You give all attention to paper qualifications and certifications. I have done a few jobs curretly used in shell and have had reason to interract with their privilledged staff and can tell that many unemployed nigerian deserve some chance of displaying their capabilities before recruitment is concluded. Take a second thought about my remarks. The best minds are not in shell.
