Celtel is recruiting an Assistant Accountant: Corporate Reconciliation & Debt Collection.
The candidate must have B.sc or HND in Accounting or the Social Sciences. Part qualifications in ICAN or ACCA 2 and 1 year post NYSC experience .
Goal of the job:
To carry out Reconciliation and Debt Collection on all assigned Corporate, SME and Govt. post paid contract accounts and ensure all accounts under responsibility are well managed for efficient collection and customer retention. Ensure that Debt collection processes are in accordance with the Company’s Debt Collection, Corporate Reconciliation and Credit policies.

Role Description:
* Carry out Debt Collection on all assiigned post paid contract accounts in line with approved procedure
* Timely and quality calls to all customers with overdue (over 30 days)
* Timely issue of Demand Letter where necessary
* Reconciliation of all accounts under your responsibility
* Credit Management of accounts under your responsibility
* Manage SLAs for all postpaid contract
