I have seen a lot of people feeling that they deserve a job based on just qualification, that is not enough, thererotical knowledge is vital, however practical experience is really important if you want to get to such a position, so please my brothers, think about unpaid work in a related field, before feeling that it is your God given right to be in a position of authority.
As a recruiter, makinmg 2:1 to a third class is of little importance to me, considerations will be given however to a first, but that will still be difficult. Good luck everyone.
