Working in the Human Resources Department, the ideal candidate must possess a tertiary qualification in HR/Behavioral Sciences or related discipline and have a minimum of 4 years working experience with at least 2 years in General HR roles spanning: Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, HR Administration and HR Operation.

The main responsibilities include:

Implement HR operational action plans aligned to the overall MTN Group HR Strategy and business plan; Conducts needs analysis and implement appropriate solutions and interventions; Implement HR Systems practices, policies and procedures; Cost effective Talent Acquisition including Packaged remuneration to suit customers; Provide services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations competencies across the organization.

        I Sunday Ohiemi Alhassan am a graduate of Sociology from kogi State University Anyigba. I am also a computer professional, knowledgeable with the latest ICT programmes. as a sociologist, we study human behaviours and profer solutions to societal problems. One of the goals of sociologists is conflict resolutions.
        it is on this note, i therefore assure that if i am employed in this department, i will apply my sociological ethics to my duty. As a sociologist, am versatile in different areas. In terms of interaction with the customers, i will give out the best because sociology is all about interation in the society.

        I hold a legal (B.Proc) degree from the Universiy of South Africa. I specialised in Labour Law for two years while working as legal consultant for a labour union. I was born in 1962 and have wide experience including admin officer at town councils, Public Prosecutor and having my own business and legal practice. I am still very fit and active and is still running marathons.
