The Civil Service College is a new Government-owned Management Development Institute (MDI). The primary rationale for the establishment of the Civil Service College is to enable our Public Service have a national institution that would, on a structured, continuous and systematic basis, equip its top managers with the essential management tools in the discharge of Government business.
The College shall also serve as a potent force for restoring professional ethics as well as the good image of the Service. Accordingly, the mission of the College is to train and equip the top echelon of the Service to enable them meet the aspirations and expectations of the Government.
