Maersk is recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the MD. The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director works in close cooperation with the MD in order to make the MD’s day as efficient as possible.
The PA is also responsible for administrative tasks around the MD function, including the Management Team.
The ideal candidate will have possess the following:
Completed (minimum) bachelor degree in Business or related field; two to five years work experience in a related function; high drive and interest in taking on new task; strong Business mindset and understanding; strong analytical skills; fluent in English; both written and spoken; French language skills ideal but not required; well-organized, timely and persistent; ability to handle confidential information on daily basis; possess empathy, personal tact, cultural understanding, and strong communication skills.
