GE Infrastructure, Oil & Gas is recruiting candidates to join their Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP).

The ECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. ECLP graduates will be considered for key commercial leadership positions across GE in the EMEA region.

ECLP is a two-year program consisting of four six-month, rotational assignments within the commercial function of a GE business. Program participants strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of eight weeks of classroom training and in-residence global symposiums.

Position to be based out of either Nigeria or Angola, dependant on successful candidate. Unrestricted work authorization for this region is essential.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 6-10 years marketing or sales experience; MBA preferred and/or appropriate Master’s degree/equivalent commercial experience; Practical understanding of current and emerging oil and gas industry trends; Fluent English plus second language required as appropriate.
