Citibank is hiring a Head of Control, Testing & Advisory (CTA). CTA’s principal mandate is to ensure that resources assigned to test the adequacy of controls are deployed in the most effective manner.
The CTA Nigeria Head will lead a team responsible for: Partner with Compliance to develop and maintain CTA Testing Plan; Execute CTA Testing Plan; Provide Governance of Business RCSA; Coordinate and facilitate country BRCC; Advisory role to support business RCSA process; Facilitate rollout of CTA tools; Resolution Management of identified CTA issues (CAP).
Candidates must possess 10 years experience with a minimum of 5 years in audit of financial institutions; 10 years experience with an alternative 5 years work experience in Citi; Control, risk related experience; Ability to work together and influence opinion at a local, regional and global level; RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment) and Operational Risk expertise is a plus.
