Celtel is recruiting a Business Analyst in the IT Business Interface Section, within the Technical & Network Group.
The purpose for the role is to effectively design, develop and implement world class information systems for Celtel Nigeria in accordance with the business’ stated goals and objectives.
Candidate will possess a university degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or any of the information sciences; a Masters degree in any information sciences or Business Administration would be a plus.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years Post NYSC experience in a Business Analysis environment; clear understanding of Entity Relation diagrams (ERD) and business process notation UML; familiarity with Oracle, MS SQL, ITIL and eTOM; knowledge of current technologies; Knowledge Microsoft solutions framework.
Respnsibilities
Provide world class IT solutions in line with business processes for the organization in accordance with the SDLC life cycle; Clear understanding of Entity Relation diagrams (ERD) and business process notations - UML; Develop and implement information policy and knowledge management for IT solutions within the organization; Provide IT assurance and control for all solutions within the organization etc
