        Hi,
It is worth noting that there are some engineers that have undergone some intensive engineering training programs. This set of engineers should be given a chance to prove their worth at the interview.Afterall,it has been proved that these trained engineers were at par in performance with the experienced ones in some establishments. This consideration is also cost-effective.
        Thank you.
