The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:

• Degree in IT or related discipline.
• The job holder must have excellent leadership and organisational skills and the ability to “transfer” these skills.
• Highly developed customer service and support management acumen derived from a minimum of 6 years experience.
• Experience as team-leader/manager level in IT Helpdesk and Support provision in a commercial, preferably international environment.
• High level acumen and strategic planning skills
• Exposure to global interpersonal skills which develop productive relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent business planning service management best practices is essential.
• Strong coaching and problem-solving skills
