Guys, if you don’t have the required experience it is possible that you are looking for the sort of job you are not ready for. It may serve you well to consider seeking for other opportunities within related industries and work you way to the top. If you’ve tried that and it hasn’t worked for you, why not round up all your friends and family put the little money you have together and start your very own company? I am sure you can overcome the fear of trust, people running off with your money etc.

Companies like Celtel can afford to be selective because labour is in aboundance, so stop wasting your time and start your own business in a meaningful and co-oporative way.

        Its me

Does it mean that some body can not get a job in a big organization without a degree even when the person has 8yrs working experience and has a good record in another firm? all they require is B.Sc and HND degrees.
