    Well i prayed they will employ based on merit cos i have submitted series of applications to Celtel without no response even though i have more than the required qualifications. It all depend on who you know.

    Thanks a lot for the jobs careersnigeria is doing in trying to help many Nigerians.This is most especially those ones that are not connected. It is however difficult to reconcile the ratio of applicants applying for a particular job advert vide this site with those ones that are being invited for either a test/interview not to talk about those ones getting the jobs eventually.I said so because I have forewarded several applications vide this site without getting an invitation from any of the advertiser either for a test/an interview. The reason(s), I do not know.

    Specifically speaking, Celtel is a very good example
