One of our companies operating as DeltaAfrik Engineering Limited is recruiting for a Travel Administrator.

Requirements

BSc/HND in Administration or equivalent; Experience in Transport Administration and/or Administrative Support. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Familiar with Microsoft Access a plus, but not a necessity; Ability to organize and report information

Responsibilities

Going to Airlines/GDS office to retrieve tickets (if paper tickets).
Entering data on employee bookings in database.
Going to Airlines to collect hotel vouchers and DSO’s
Maintaining traveler’s profiles/data in the database.
Performing administrative activities of the Travel Section.
Maintaining International Arrivals/Departures spreadsheet
Compiling and preparing Airline/GDS invoices for payment.
Collating refunds.
Maintaining files of all Travel Authorization forms.
Compiling and organizing quotes for quarterly cash-in-lieu price lists.
