So how many pple for just one position in each region(5)?
Everyone feels qualified however some people are over qualified.
Like people have rightly said u send application but employers take the meek and just call your bluff. That is the unique difference between uk employers and nigerian employers. They mail you or call you to say u were not successful within 2 weeks. However, in Nigeria, application you made 1 year ago will just develop wings and then they call u for an interview maybe by then u ve found a better deal. Employers need to respect the feelings and viewpoint of potential employees and not the profit at the end of the financial year.
        Legs need to be long.
At the end of the day it is a job to listen to frustrated customers.
        Goodluck to those who applied.

hi guys i love to work with mtn

      56. on 11 Jun 2008 at 5:23 pm56Yere

Very suprising to say the least that many peeps here who supposedly believe they can do the job cannot even write correct simple sentences in english. How then do you expect a company to enthrust in your hands the task of presenting its image to its valued customers….I think one of the problems why people do not get through when they apply for jobs is because of their poor grammar. Work on that guys…..

      57. on 11 Jun 2008 at 5:51 pm57Frederick

      81. on 12 Jun 2008 at 3:12 pm81nneka

        My Dear,
I agree with Quest .The irony of it is that they have their candidate already, all these hype is to fulfill all righteousness.
The man/woman at the HR would have slotted in the name of his or her choice candidate after all, it is just one position they seek for!
        They should stop deceiving us.
Nigeria has not gotten to that level where it is ok for you to get a job without having to know one man or woman at the top.
I hope they read these comments and realise that we are not fooled anymore atleast the majority of us young applicants are no fooled anymore.
        We know what’s up.

This job opening i would say is pretty good cos a company always has to revive itself to the happens around it.A company needs to always improve what it does, and what better way than bringing in freshers.
Most companies have bad customer care who don’t satisfy their customers one bit. It’s quite possible for a customer care agent not to know one or two things being asked of him, but such a person needs to know how to respond in a way that will not displease the customer. Most of them just say’ you can visit our office for such and such……’,which always displeases the customer, the customer called in the first place because probably he can’t go to the office and needs advice on something urgently.Anyway, MTN whoever you employ should be different from the rest.
