Training Manager
Candidate must have a first degree in a relevant discipline (physical sciences, humanities, social sciences) and must possess a minimum of 4 years of cognate experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidate must have good interpersonal skills. Professional qualifications or certifications (eg NITAD) and membership of IPM or NIM are advantageous. Computer literacy is imperative.
Production Manager
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in pharmace with a minium of fivce years working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, research and development or quality assurance preferably in a multinational environment. A second degree in Pharmaceutics or Pharmeceutical Chemistry as well as computer literacy will be an advantage.

Dont blame Nigerian graduates, our training in schools,homes and general upbringing is geared towards passing exams ,presenting certifcates and titles and not thinking.

Mr Orebiyi Adeoye, are you sure you graduated from LAG? Go over your application and see your blunders even it was written to a wrong channel. Stop embarassing graduates!
It’s nice seeing all these comments from Nigerian graduates. Just keep expressing yourself anyway & anyhow you can.
I think Careers Nigeria have to put a banner on their site stressing that they simply act as intermediaries for the comapnies and have nothing to do with the selection or selection process of the jobs!
Pardon me for being rude, but i wonder if Nigerian graduates are really employable!
Then again, i really dont blame them, the system just churns out so called graduates without actually being taught jack!!

I initially thought these companies were biased towards Nigerian graduates, but now i can see why!!

I think Smithkline Nigeria Plc should encourage online applications and de-emphasis the idea of handwitten ones.

kenny,Adeoye did not indicate that he graduated from LAG,he wrote lagos state university.LAG students don’t make these kind of blunders.

I usually don’t leave replies, but I have a few comments to make this time. Firstly, careers nigeria is actually doing a very good job.They are making this whole job search thing a whole lot less stressful and so on behalf of myself and applicants everywhere I want to say thank you.Then pls lets try not to stoop to libeling schools,the fact that someone from LASU made an error doesn’t mean that we are all like that.
