Ideal candidate must have a University degree and an M.B.A. or Post-graduate training in HR and/or Compensation and Benefits or other. relevant discipline.

Candidate should possess a minimum of 2-3 years broad based HR experience in a multinational Company, preferably FMCG environment

Accountabilities:

· Support the Reward Manager in managing core reward processes – salary review, bonus, savings plans, benefit administration, communication, job evaluation in GNPlc

· Provide high quality analysis of position against talent market to support reward process and decision-making.

· Ensure access to high quality management information to support reward decision making

        Hmmmm…Interesting comments I read up there.

        First and most saddening is the spelling used by our so-called grads.

        Then comes the expressions used and the list goes on…

        Sammy…tear our your frustrations elsewhere…this job ad site does not offer employment. I’ve made applications based on ads I’ve seen on this site and have been called for tests and interviews.
