The ideal candidate will manage equipment spares inventory and administrative functions of the Technical division in the Region.

Candidate will possess a good university degree preferably in Engineering.

Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage and a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • General office administration such as filling systems, handling of general correspondence, preparing presentation materials and information dissemination within the unit.
  • To organize briefing material and logistics for unit meetings
  • To provide an effective interface between the unit and regional finance.
  • To ensure effective re-imbursement of the sub-regional float
  • To develop and maintain records and information through an effective database management system.

        i can perform better than my university counterparts. emphasis on paper qualification should be discouraged if the best is to exploited from polytechnic graduates.
