    sometimes i just feel advertising here is just a formality..you have guy already have your condidates to fill ….if only you guy could give a level playing such spaces ground, you could get good candidates,,but any way i till put in my c.v

    i can perform better than my university counterparts. emphasis on paper qualification should be discouraged if the best is to exploited from polytechnic graduates.
