        Grade barriers help filter the number of applicants but does not mean that people that fall below this mark are not capable.

        Employer’s should create room for people that did poorly in school due to self made or inevitable circumstances.

        I am a victim of poor grade but i have been lucky to meet employers that want to hear me out. Some of these meetings end with one question “how come”.

        A Diamond’s natural state is dirt but when refined….
