Candidates must be a graduate in any numerate field, prefarably but not necessarily Engineering. Industry experience an advantage
Responsibilities
- Set up process for monitoring various jobs carried out in the Base Workshop.
- Ensure that costs so incurred are clearly split between facility costs and third party costs.
- Ensure proper referencing of third party costs by Work Order references.
- Capture all referenced (third party) costs by generating work orders for them.
- Gather all supporting documents relating to work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process work orders in line with contract terms, company policy and supporting documents so obtained.
