Directly reports to: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary: To maximize sale of company products and gather relevant information within the market territory assigned

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Continually evaluate all routes on a regular basis towards the achievement of volume targets
  • Be customer focussed; visiting the trade regularly; ensuring frequency of supplies, stocks held, sales, relevant prices, conduct of sales personnel, and other information leading to the development of accounts within the market assigned
  • Develop consistent reliable methods of measuring the effectiveness of sales to guide sales personnel in achieving volume objectives
  • Break group target into weekly and daily volumes for each route in the grouping and regularly review progress against objectives
  • Identify develop new business opportunities to grow volume within the grouping

Objectives: To deliver and exceed agreed sales volume whilst developing new accounts

  • Sales Volume

  • Level of customer satisfaction
  • Number of new accounts developed

Job Specifications

Academic and Professional: B.Sc./HND, Multilingual (English and one or two of the three major Nigerian dialects)

Experience: 5 years in FMGC company in a sales/marketing function
