He is tasked with the overall corporate strategy and business development plans for the firm. He has worked in the recruitment industry, mostly across Europe and Africa.

Recently, Victor established an Executive Search practice based in the UK with a focus on assignments in emerging markets. He studied Industrial Chemistry, and has had stints at Shell Nigeria, Statoil Norway and Chevron France.

Felicia Odumosu, COO

Felicia is COO of Careers Nigeria, where she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business.

She also manages the direct contacts and relationships with our clients, while coordinating the retail and corporates sales team.

Prior to this, she was CRM at SystemSpecs and has worked as a Recruitment Consultant for the IT sector, with Antal International.

Felicia started her professional career in the banking sector, with SGBN and GT Bank, after a degree in Economics Educational Foundations.
