Careers Nigeria is founded by Victor Okezie and managed by a team in Nigeria.

Victor Okezie, Founder

Victor is the founder where he designs the overall strategy and corporate development of the site.

He studied Chemistry at the University of Lagos, Nigeria and had internships at Shell Nigeria and Statoil Norway.

Victor works as a Recruiter for a UK Search & Selection firm.

Chike Obieme, CEO

Chike is CEO of Careers Nigeria and oversees the operational and financial growth of the business.

He studied Chemical Engineering; BSc University of Lagos and MSc University of Dortmund, Germany.

Chike had an internship with Chevron Nigeria and later worked as an Investment Banker with Mellon Financial UK.

He now works in Asset Management at one of the largest banks in Nigeria.

Tobi Olaniran, COO

Tobi is a graduate of the University of Lagos with a degree in Psychology and work experience at Starcomms.

She joined as our Corporate Marketing Officer, establishing and managing relationships with clients.

As COO, Tobi is tasked with the day-to-day operations of the site and responsible for all recruitment functions.

Michael David, CMO

Michael is the Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for marketing all the site’s services to both clients and candidates alike.

He has a degree in Business Management from the University of Calabar and has worked in sales, marketing and advertising roles within several companies.
