<p>We are currently searching for a <strong>Shift Quality Assurance Manager</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure that beverage product and package quality during shift meets set quality standards</li>
<li>Ensure all raw materials used during the shift meet coca-cola specification for good quality products</li>
<li>Identification of HACCPs in the plant to reduce food safety risks</li>
<li>Ensure the GMP of the plant during shift operations in order to achieve good quality products and good company image</li>
</ul>

<li>Numeracy and analytical skills</li>

<li>B.Sc  or HND with a minimum of second class lower or upper credit in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry, Food Science /Technology or other related field</li>
<li>Minimum of 4 years experience, 2 of which must be at managerial level in an FMCG environment</li>
<li>A strong knowledge of food process operations</li>

<li>Coach, train and develop associates to enhance their efficiencies and improve their skills</li>
<li>Monitor status of automated/electrical equipment, recommend and coordinate repairs</li>
<li>Diagnose breakdown problems</li>

<li>Identify potential property loss incidences and proffer short and long term solutions</li>
<li>Provide professional/technical/competent advise on all areas of safety in the work place</li>
<li>Ensure zero major accidents and promote injury free workplace environment</li>
<li>Ensure the implementation of company’s health and safety policies and practices</li>
<li>Advise management on safety issues by providing resource information on health and safety</li>
<li>Lead change in safety culture in the plants and depots</li>
<li>Coordinates the plants and depots incident management and crisis resolution IMCR program</li>
</ul>

As the pioneer bottler in the conglomerate, NBC prides itself as the bedrock of CCH. NBC is headquartered in Ebute-Meta, Lagos and operates 13 bottling facilities, 28 commercial territories and 59 depots across the country.</p>
<p>We are currently searching for a well experienced <strong>Automation Engineer</strong></p>
<p><strong>Key Accountability</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor implementation of preventive maintenance of automation/electrical equipment</li>
<li>Monitor regularly status of automation/electrical equipment, recommend and coordinate repair activities in all plants</li>
<li>Maintain (with plant support) high reliability of all EBI/ASEBI across all NBC plants</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate electrical and control installations, expansions and upgrade projects</li>
<li>Ensure availability of electrical &amp; automation tools, software’s, and electrical diagram documentation for all plants</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Competencies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of software engineering working with advanced automated control systems</li>
<li>In depth knowledge of Siemens Simatic S7, WInCC and Omron CX One, knowledge of Siemens S5 programming will be an advantage</li>
<li>Good experience in high and low voltage control circuits, and electric motors</li>
<li>Strong leadership, people management &amp; multi-tasking skills</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Automation, Industrial Software, Instrumentation Engineering</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years experience 5 of which must be at managerial level in an FMCG environment</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of plant manufacturing operations</li>
</ul>

<li>Review and approval of Civil/Structural engineering calculations.</li>
<li>Preparation of Civil/Structural engineering plans, designs, and layouts.</li>
<li>Development of Civil/Structural engineering aspect of project proposals.</li>
<li>Perform field activities such as observe and record existing field conditions, take and verify measurements within project area.</li>
<li>Supervision to completion of Civil/Structural engineering projects and ensuring that all relevant documentations are prepared and submitted to the lead engineer as required.</li>
</ul>

<li>Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Building Technology, and over 5 years of experience.</li>
<li>A higher degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Project Management will be an advantage</li>

<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage simultaneously various projects within Project Engineering department as required, including technical validation and preparatory activities (like RFAs, tenders, LPOs, authorities,).</li>
<li>Manage project budget, project resource allocation and plan schedule project timelines.</li>
<li>Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.</li>
<li>Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Competencies</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ability to maintain effective working relationships with other personnel</li>
<li>Flexibility to work outside normal working hours when required</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, written and oral</li>
<li>Ability to read, interpret and apply information from files, drawings, catalogues reports and manuals. MS office experience</li>
<li>Sound financial awareness, and experience managing budgets</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>B.Engr. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/ Manufacturing / Process) or minimum 6-8 years Engineering / Manufacturing / Process Industry experience.</li>
<li>At least 4 years in a middle management role in Engineering / Manufacturing environment in Food Industry.</li>
<li>Proven track record in dealing with projects</li>
</ul>
