JOB TITLE: Call Centre Agent
We are currently recruiting Call Centre Agents for our client, a major player in the Telecoms industry.
Purpose of the job
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.

- Respond to customer inquiries

- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Enter customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
- Produce call reports

- Minimum of 0 – 2 years experience
- Minimum of BSC / HND in related discipline
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good data entry/keyboard skills
- Relevant product knowledge
