INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT)

We are currently searching for an Integration Specialist (Design & Development) for our client, a major player in the Telecoms industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and translate them into tangible system integration requirements
• Communicate effectively with various cross-functional teams, external business partners and independent vendors
• Ensure requirements, scope and constraints for system integration
• Define, maintain, communicate and encourage technology and development standards
• Identify and drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency within the team

Knowledge

• Must possess unified Modelling Language
• Windows and UNIX-like operating systems
• Must be familiar with software configuration and change management best practices and tools

Requirements

• Have a first degree in Engineering
• Java and J2EE development (Web logic platform)
• Test frameworks that support test-driven development
• Database design, implementation and tuning with services and related standards, including XML, SOAP, WSDL and WS
